We’d been let down by previous cleaners, either just not turning up or not being able to cover over holidays, so we were looking for a team that could offer cleaning slots of 2 different days of the week and would have cover available over busy times for us, such as Christmas. We have used Flossy’s cleaning for around 6 months now and we could not be happier – Olivia’s team are incredibly hard working, really efficient and most importantly, all really nice and friendly – we are so happy we found a local company of this quality. Olivia and her team are wonderful. Their level of cleaning is the highest we have experienced to date. Our Softplay centre and cafe have proved to be too overwhelming for several different commercial cleaners, but Olivia and the team are extremely capable, efficient and effective. They leave the Softplay and cafe sparking and all of our staff members have commented on how much cleaner Olivia gets the centre then previous contractors. In addition their customer service is cracking and they are always more than happy to help

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service we received after having a negative experience with a cleaning company in the past. We have a clean once a week for 2 hours with a lady called Charlotte who is brilliant. She keeps me informed of when she will be coming, works hard when she is here, nothing is too much trouble if I ask her to do something specific that week and the house looks and smells amazing. I feel she is very trustworthy and always has a smile on her face. Would highly recommend Flossy’s cleaning service.

With two young children and a busy weekends we were struggling to stay on top of general cleaning. We found Flossy’s and they were willing to do a trial visit to see if we were happy. What a dierence! When we walk through the doors we can smell that our home is clean. We have been using Flossys weekly since October 2021 and have been nothing but impressed with the service. The team are punctual, trustworthy and take great pride in their work, it is a pleasure to come home after they have been. Our house is especially messy due to an ongoing renovation and young kids but they always find the extra time to make our kids’ rooms up and stage the various teddy’s on the bed. These extra special touches are hugely appreciated and something unique to Flossys. We would have no problem recommending them to anyone in need of a cleaning service and look forward to using them in the future.
